Common problems, solved fast
Lost your acknowledgement number?
Ask your school coordinator — schools receive the submission list. You can also verify with your acknowledgement number and the last 4 digits of your registered mobile.
Upload failing or file too large?
The limit is 10 MB. Photograph the essay in good light, or use a typed PDF. The portal compresses images automatically before upload.
Submitted with a wrong detail?
An entry cannot be edited after submission. Contact your school coordinator, who can escalate to the state helpdesk with your acknowledgement number.
Certificate not downloading?
Certificates are generated right after submission. Use the Verify page with your acknowledgement number, then download. If it still fails, write to support with your acknowledgement number.
