Mukhyamantri Yuva Vidyarthi Manthan
मेरे सपनों का उत्तराखण्ड : एक विकसित राज्य हेतु मेरा दृष्टिकोण
The Uttarakhand of My Dreams: My Vision for a Developed State
Class XI–XII students across Uttarakhand share their vision for the state through an essay — in Hindi or English. Selected students join the Mukhyamantri Yuva Vidyarthi Sankalp Diwas.
Mere Sapno Ka Uttarakhand
Mere Sapno Ka Uttarakhand begins with a simple but powerful question: what do young people want the future of their state to look like?
Taken forward under the leadership of the Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, this statewide initiative invites students across Uttarakhand to think beyond the classroom — to consider the communities they want to build and the society they want to be part of.
Selected students will have the opportunity to interact directly with government officials, gaining first-hand insight into how ideas, institutions, policy and decision-making come together in the real world.
Participants engage with the real challenges shaping their state:
The aim is not simply to write an essay, but to identify a problem, imagine a better outcome, and communicate a vision others can believe in.
Support for selected students
Beyond this exposure, the initiative offers tangible support for the road ahead. The Government of Uttarakhand will bear the full cost of competitive examination coaching for the selected students — ensuring that ambition, not affordability, determines how far a young person can go.
Mere Sapno Ka Uttarakhand — Young Ideas. Shared Vision. Developed Uttarakhand.
